I help women gain confidence in the kitchen, learn quick-cooking recipe techniques, and put 4 dinners on the table each week so you can develop a culture of family meals in your home. Cooking at home doesn’t need to be difficult, time-consuming, repetitive, or bland. You can do it!
Virtual Nutrition Counseling
I work with clients 1-on-1 to help you develop strategies for putting healthy food on the table quickly each night. We will consider your individual nutrition needs and the needs of other people in your household in order to make an eating plan that works for everyone.
